SUMMARY:ISO 9001:2015 Transition Essentials
DESCRIPTION:With the deadline to successfully transition from the ISO 9001:2008 version to the ISO 9001:2015 version of the standard fast approaching\, SRI has created a new two-day transition course. This course compresses essential information and transition tips into a two-day format. This course present students with an overview of key elements of the new standard\, walk through the standard to ensure that concerns and questions can be addressed\, and offer approaches to meeting the new requirements of risk management which must be created and embedded into client quality management systems. The class will include the latest in “transition tips” based on our experience to date. There will also be an abbreviated review of how the risk management requirements will impact the key processes of internal auditing and management review. The class will continue to include a number of hands on exercises to assist students in grasping essential concepts. With the actual deadline to complete transition audits middle summer of 2018 and transition activities requiring 6 or more months to complete\, organizations should not hesitate to obtain essential training now. \nAttendees should being a copy of the ISO 9001:2015 standard with them to class. \n
